So, you've found yourself in possession of a Priority Minutes Priority Card? That's great; you get to enjoy the Priority Help Desk experience for nix! But before you get too excited, there's a couple of things you need to know:
- Priority Minutes Priority Cards can be used by either business or personal users. However, you can only use one card per entity (so don't bother trying to steal one from your neighbour).
- Priority Minutes Priority Cards can be used to pay for services to the value of the stated time. Time not used on a card in a single support call can be rolled over and re-used next call, until the card credits are exhausted.
- Priority Minutes Priority Cards can only be used by one party, and once used will be invalid for future users (so don't use one then give it to your mother as a gift).
- Priority Minutes Priority Cards can be used for on-site or remote support calls.
- Priority Minutes Priority Cards can be used to cover the travel-time component of an on-site call, or the labour component, or both, providing the remaining credit value of the card is sufficient.
- When a Priority Support call or on-site visit is valued higher than the Support Minutes value of the Priority Card, the additional costs are payable by the client.
